Eyeronic Media does not offer returns and exchanges for customers who ordered the wrong size, color, or simply dislike the product. However, if there is a manufacturing error or the product is damaged Eyeronic Media offers a refund or free replacement.

There is no need to send the original order back if a replacement order has been arranged.
